If you’re interested in finding a spiritual director, a listening partner, “anam cara,” or soul friend, I look forward to an opportunity to speak with you. While I was raised in the Catholic Church, I have studied widely and found myself continually drawn to ever new, expansive, and inclusive ways of encountering the Divine. In addition to being trained as a spiritual director, I have also been formed by the teachings of the mystics, Christian contemplatives throughout the ages, and the Christian wisdom tradition.

I believe that “God shows up disguised as our lives, so whether you’re in or out of a church, on a first-name-basis or not-on-speaking-terms with God, I’m happy to meet you wherever you are. If you’re sure about a lot of things or questioning almost everything, I’m here to listen and to affirm both your questions and your deepest knowing. I’m absolutely confident that the Spirit of Life is ever present and ready to accompany you to a fuller sense of life, love, and freedom.
